Spray Foam Insulation Questions, Answered

Plain answers to the questions people ask before insulating a shop, pole barn or home. Start with the one closest to your building: which foam fits, how closed-cell handles barn and shop condensation, attic air sealing, crawl space moisture, what drives the price, when foam needs a thermal barrier and where to look for rebates. If your question isn't here, call or text Nick and ask.

What happens next

  1. Reach out

Call, text or message us with your building and what you want insulated.

  2. Rough estimate, then a firm quote

Nick gives a rough number from what you send, then a firm quote once he has seen the job. Simple pole barns can often be quoted remotely.

  3. Clear the building

Move everything you can off the floor and out of the way. If you physically can't, tell Nick and the crew will help.

  4. Spray day and cleanup

Nick sprays the foam with one consistent crew member and stays on site throughout. Jobs are left cleaner than when the crew arrived.
